Attention independent musicians!

It works like this. You make a song for our flick. We include it in the film. We possibly put it on a soundtrack and the net. People see the film, they hear your song. Fans of the OTHER people we put on the soundtrack or site come to hear their band.. try yours out while they're there. Cross networking fanbases.

So.. No, this isn't a scam where we ask for your money. We don't want it. We just want your music!

The independent feature "NINJAS VS ZOMBIES" is seeking music submissions for inclusion in their film. BUT - We're gonna be done on Halloween.. so get the music in FAST! Read on..

This film has already caught the attention of Blockbuster execs, 2 well known hollywood directors, and thousands of fans, and as we put the film together, we need songs and music for scenes and for the soundtrack!

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO!

1. Submit a piece of music that is entirely original, for which you are the sole copyright own
2. You retain the copyright and rights for your song, allowing you to use it forever and ever for whatever you like, but we also retain the right to use it forever and ever - and you want that - cuz if we use it, you’ll get noticed. We will list all used songs and pieces on imdb and in our credits.

From there we will choose the most appropriate songs for inclusion on the soundtrack and film.

Some things you need to know:

1. This is an ultra-low budget film, and as such, we cannot offer any financial compensation. That being said, if selected, you will likely expand your fanbase, increase your exposure, and have a new outlet to showcase your music. Essentially we're like you.. we have a fanbase, but little extra cash, and so we're "playing clubs" in the film world. It will eek out profit and entertain thousands, but we're not a stadium player.. yet. Should that change (Blair Witch? Evil Dead? Anybody) you will be in there - your music playing for all to hear.
2. By submitting this song to us, you are licensing us to utilize it for any purpose without restriction of any kind and without promise of compensation, inclusion, or any other reciprocation. This must be very clear. We have to tell you this. BUT - again, the opportunity for a new group of fans is substantial.
3. YOU STILL OWN YOUR SONG. You may sell it, play it, put it on your own albums, do whatever you like with it. It remains your property to do with as you please. We encourage you to do so. We would love your fans to become aware of us, just like our fans will become aware of you. The only thing is, again, we retain the right to use your song (or not use it) as we please, without restriction, in perpetuity, for free, forever and ever, amen. And wherever appropriate, we will include recognition of you. (Soundtracks, closing credits, etc.)
